Woodward County Substation
PLC-based nine stage 34.5kV capacitor control system. Design and implementation of an automatic control system capable of operating nine stages of 34.5kV capacitors at a wind farm substation.

The aging North Substation at Harlan was upgraded with a new 69-12.47X4.16kV transformer and 12.47kV switchgear. Bus insulators, surge arresters, and feeder exit cables were also replaced as part of the reliability improvements.
